• Once payment for digital templates purchase is confirmed, an email containing the download link to retrieve your digital templates will be made available.
• There is a $10 shipping/handling charge for all orders to be delivered on CD. CD orders will ship within 2 business days via USPS priority mail on a PC formatted CD.
• eCheck Notice - If payment is by eCheck using Paypal, a download link will not be sent until payment has cleared (this can take up to 5 days.)
• We do not offer refunds on our digital products.
